Burrata - Soft shell, creamy core

Burrata is a luxury version of mozzarella. On the surface, it looks like the twin sister of mozzarella, but when you slice it, a buttery cream cheese mass flows out. This Italian delicacy was invented in Puglia in 1956. The creamy trend cheese is made from cow's milk using the traditional Filata production process.
