Burrata is a luxury version of mozzarella. On the surface, it looks like the twin sister of mozzarella, but when you slice it, a buttery cream cheese mass flows out. This Italian delicacy was invented in Puglia in 1956. The creamy trend cheese is made from cow's milk using the traditional Filata production process.
At the Ristorante e Pizzeria Sapori we serve this fresh cheese speciality with tomato tartar, capers and extra virgin olive oil.
