Stefan Beer, born in the Bernese Oberland, is our Executive Chef and responsible for the restaurant "La Terrasse".
After several years of working for international luxury hotel brands in cosmopolitan cities such as Shanghai, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Singapur and Dubai, Stefan Beer decided to continue his career at the VICTORIA-JUNGFRAU Grand Hotel & Spa.
On August 1st he launched at La Terrasse “the local menu”. Only the best local and seasonal products mainly from small producers (radius of 40km) make this menu unique.
